Farewell!

Dear Patrons,

It is with much regret that I inform you that Eightseventeen Jewelry is officially closed.

One day, we hope to re-open our shop. Until then, please know your patronage, support, and kindness will never be forgotten.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to e-mail me at: eightseventeenjewelry@gmail.com.

Thank you!

Custom Orders

Custom orders are always welcome!

WHAT SHOULD I DO FIRST?

Send me an e-mail (EightSeventeenJewelry@gmail.com) with your idea, and I will let you know what materials are available and provide a quote.

Please make sure to include your city and state, as well as your bracelet size with your request. This will allow me to give you an accurate quote for shipping and your bracelet.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CUSTOM ITEM?

Invoices are sent via PayPal.  Payment is due within four days, or your order will be canceled.  I will begin crafting your bracelet once your payment clears.  Custom orders are non-refundable, so please keep that in mind while you're shopping.

SEE SOMETHING YOU LIKE -- BUT IT'S ALREADY SOLD?

No problem. Send me an e-mail with the item description, and I will happily re-create the piece for you if the resources are available.  (This type of order is also considered a custom order; the additional custom fees do apply.)

HOW MUCH WILL MY ITEM COST?

Pricing will vary based on the materials used and the complexity of the jewelry.  There is an additional $5.00 (minimum) charge for all custom pieces, including re-creations.

Prices are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

Once your payment has cleared, custom and re-created orders can take up to seven to ten business days to ship.  Shipping times vary depending on where you are located.  Please contact me at: eightseventeenjewelry@gmail.com for a specific estimate.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHARM PUT ON MY BRACELET?

In most circumstances, I regret that this is not an option.  The majority of the charms I work with are solid and have a nice weight to them.  They are not uncomfortably heavy, however, adding multiple charms may compromise the longevity of the bracelets.
