WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

Gemstones
- I use only the highest grade gemstone beads.

Gemstones are known for their healing properties. Stack my gemstone bracelets on your wrists for a boost to your well being. Or, just wear them because they're pretty!

Charms - Available in Sterling Silver (coated in Rhodium to prevent tarnishing) and 22K Vermeil (sterling silver dipped in 22k gold).  Quite a few of my charms are completely solid, and have a nice weight to them.  Solid gold and platinum charms are available, but not for sale on my site. Please contact me if you are interested at: eightseventeenjewelry@gmail.com.

Each charm is individually made and polished by hand.  Rigorous quality assurance methods are implemented during the manufacturing of my charms to ensure you receive a top notch piece. Each is double sided or 3D to ensure your charm looks fantastic regardless of which way it is turned.

Edit: Please note that I do not handcraft the charms myself.  They are handmade by an outside source.  After purchasing charms from seven (!) different vendors, I finally discovered a company that was able to create pieces that met my specifications and standards.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion.

All charms come with a lifetime guarantee, unless stated otherwise.

Elastic - I use the most durable elastic on the market to craft my bracelets.

IF YOU SUFFER FROM METAL OR RUBBER/LATEX ALLERGIES, PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE PURCHASING.

ARE YOUR GEMSTONES MAN-MADE?

No.

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY BRACELET SIZE?

Please reference the "Sizing" tab.

WHY DO YOUR PIECES RETAIL FOR SO MUCH?

EightSeventeen Jewelry's bracelets are created using only the crème de la crème: high quality gemstones, handcrafted sterling silver (coated in rhodium) and 22K vermeil charms, and durable elastic.

My gemstone beads are all of the highest grade available.  Faceted and rare stones are more expensive, thus, they are priced as such.

Many of the charms I use are 100% solid.  For example, my sterling silver strawberry charm is approximately 2.3 - 2.4 grams, including the jump ring.  Fun fact: Pennies created after 1982 weigh approximately 2.5 grams.

In addition to being solid, all charms are double sided or 3D, thus increasing the cost of the bracelet.  My charms come with a lifetime warranty.  If you experience any issues with your bracelet, please let me know as soon as possible.

I enjoy pampering my customers.  The ordering experience should be fun!  Rest assured, any issues you may have will be addressed in a timely fashion.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have questions or concerns at: eightseventeenjewelry@gmail.com.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS?

Yes.  Please reference the "Custom Orders" tab.

THE ITEM I WANTED IS SOLD.  CAN YOU RE-CREATE THE SAME PIECE?

In most cases, yes!  Please reference the "Custom Orders" tab.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO, AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders ship via USPS Priority to U.S. and Canadian residents.  Shipping outside of these countries is accepted on a case by case basis.  Please e-mail me at: eightseventeenjewelry@gmail.com with your mailing address, and I will look into shipping options for you.

Your item will ship approximately one to two business days once your payment has cleared.  (Custom orders take longer.  Please reference the "Custom Orders" tab.)  Most orders are insured and include tracking information, compliments of EightSeventeen Jewelry.

Shipments sent within the U. S. should arrive in approximately 2 - 4 business days.  Most international orders should arrive in 6 - 10 business days (sometimes longer, depending on how quickly customs is processing shipments).  Should you need an order immediately, let me know and we can discuss alternative shipping methods.  Kindly note that shipping times are estimated, and cannot be guaranteed.

Any customs/tariffs/duty fees and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping varies depending on where you are located.

For one item, shipping is as follows:

U. S. Residents - $5.50
Canadian Residents - $12.50

Insurance is complimentary, courtesy of EightSeventeen Jewelry!

Please send me an e-mail if you reside outside of the U. S. or Canada for a quote.

WILL YOU WRITE THAT MY ORDER IS A "GIFT" ON THE CUSTOMS FORM?  ALSO, COULD YOU WRITE THAT THE VALUE OF MY ORDER IS LESS THAN ITS TRUE COST?

Lying on a customs form is a federal offense.  For legal reasons, I am unable to accommodate these types of requests.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

My bracelets are water resistant, but not waterproof. Refrain from wearing them in the shower, pool, etc. to ensure your piece stays in tip top shape.

When you aren't wearing your piece, it's best to store it in the box it came with.

Additional information coming soon!

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

EightSeventeen Jewelry currently only accepts payments via PayPal.  Your order will not ship until payment has cleared.

You have four days to post your payment, otherwise your merchandise will be re-listed.

IS PRICING NEGOTIABLE?

Prices are as listed.

WILL YOU CONSIDER ME FOR A SPONSORSHIP, REVIEW, OR GIVEAWAY?

I am currently not looking for any blog or vlog reviews.  However, feel free to send your information to: eightseventeenjewelry@gmail.com.  I may be on the lookout in the future!
